About me

I'm Nidhi, a full-stack engineer and MS Information Sciences student at UMBC, where my coursework lives in Advanced AI and Agentic AI. I build LLM-powered products end to end: agents that plan and call real tools, retrieval pipelines that keep answers grounded in actual data, and the web apps that put all of it in front of people. Before grad school I spent three years keeping the Bombay Stock Exchange's real-time trading systems at 99.99% uptime, so I care about what happens after the demo as much as the demo itself. On weekends I'm usually at a hackathon, turning a blank repo and too much coffee into a working prototype by Sunday. One of them, HireWire, won at VTHacks 14.
